Deaf Ministry

Picture

Most deaf people live in a world of spiritual darkness because there is so little effort by most churches to reach them with the light of Christ. It's a disturbing fact that, while 30 percent of hearing people in the world are Christians only 2 percent of deaf people are.   Fewer still are the number of deaf people who are familiar with the name of Jesus Christ.

God has made an opportunity available for us to provide ministry through ASL  for people to come to know Jesus in a personal way.  We express His desire to bring everyone into His kingdom of people who believe in Jesus Christ.

The Muscatine Vineyard is offering ASL interpretation by a licensed ASL interpreter for our Sunday morning worship and during the Pastors' messages.

Our Celebration Service is at 10:00 a.m.

Wednesday nights brings another opportunity for ministry with our Bible Basics Bible study.  These studies are also interpreted and it's a question and answer format.  The class meets at 6:30 pm in the church conference room.
